Welcome to Hungry For Greatness. Please read these terms. They explain how your membership works, how billing works, and how to cancel. By joining, you agree to these terms.
Hungry For Greatness ("HFG") is run by Les Brown Company, doing business as Les Brown Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"). Our mailing address is 21 E 17th St, Jacksonville, FL 32206.
The HFG community lives at hfgcommunity.com and members.hfgcommunity.com. In these terms, "you" means the person who joins.
You must be 18 or older to join. By joining, you confirm you are 18 or older and can agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account. Keep your login private. Do not share your account with anyone else.
We offer these plans. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Taxes may apply where required by law.
Please read this section carefully.
Your membership renews automatically. Each plan renews at the end of each billing period (each month or each year) at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.
For the trial plan, your first $47 monthly charge happens automatically when your 14-day trial ends, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for each renewal, until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe.
Your price will not change while you stay continuously subscribed (see Section 7, Price lock).
You can cancel at any time. There are two ways:
To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. For the trial plan, cancel before your 14-day trial ends.
When you cancel, future charges stop. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your access ends.
If you cancel during your 14-day trial, you will not be charged the $47 monthly fee. You can cancel online at hfgcommunity.com/cancel; we process cancellations within 1 business day and always before your next charge.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge on each plan. For example:

After the 14-day window, charges are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund past charges outside the refund window.
Your price stays the same for as long as you stay continuously subscribed.
If you cancel and rejoin later, the price in effect when you rejoin will apply.
Everyone who joins by November 7, 2026 is a founding member.
Founding member status is a recognition of joining early. It does not include any extra benefits beyond those we describe in writing at the time.
If a payment fails, we may try your payment method again. We may also ask you to update your payment details.
If we cannot collect payment, we may pause or end your access until the payment is made. You are still responsible for amounts you owe.
We may change our plans, features, prices for new members, or these terms from time to time.
If we make a material change, we will tell you ahead of time, for example by email or a notice in the community. Changes apply going forward. If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel before it takes effect. If you keep your membership after the change takes effect, you accept the change.
Price changes will not affect your locked price while you stay continuously subscribed (see Section 7).
HFG is a place to grow. We want every member to feel safe and respected. When you take part, you agree to:
We may remove any content, and we may suspend or end any membership, if we believe these rules or terms have been broken. If we end your membership for breaking these rules, refunds are not owed except where required by law.
All courses, videos, calls, replays, downloads, and other content in HFG belong to Les Brown Company or our licensors. They are protected by copyright and other laws.
While you are a member in good standing, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, resell, share, publish, or make other works from our content without our written permission.
You own what you post. By posting in the community, you give us permission to host, display, and share it inside the community so the community can work.
We will not use your story publicly outside the community without your permission.
Live calls may be recorded. Replays may be shared with members. We announce the recording at the start of every call, and Zoom shows a recording notice on screen. Florida law requires everyone's consent to record a call; by staying on a call after the recording notice, you consent to being recorded.
If you appear on a live call (by video, voice, name, or chat), you agree that you may appear in the recording and replay shared with members. If you do not want to appear, you can keep your camera and microphone off.
Mr. Brown's teaching is motivational and educational. Results vary from person to person. Your results depend on your own effort, choices, and circumstances.
We do not promise or guarantee any income, earnings, or specific results.
Nothing in HFG is financial, legal, medical, or mental-health advice. Please talk with a qualified professional about your own situation. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Some of our content may be created or edited with AI tools. This can include captions, short videos, some messages, and the voice or likeness of Les Brown in videos. Our team reviews this content.
We may send you emails about your membership, such as receipts and account notices.
You may also choose to receive text messages. Consent to receive texts is optional. It is not a condition of any purchase.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. For more details on how we handle your information, please see our Privacy Policy.
We work hard to give you a great experience. But HFG and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not promise the community or website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, Les Brown Company and its owners, team members, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits or lost data.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to HFG is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places do not allow some of these limits. In those places, these limits apply only as far as the law allows.
If you break these terms or the law while using HFG, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any legal dispute related to these terms or HFG will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we do not give up our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your membership to someone else. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and us about HFG.
